Aaron has worked as an actor, writer, director, musical director, stage manager and producer for a number of projects. Currently a staff member at the Australian Institute of Music (AIM), he worked as Assistant to the Director for their 2013 production of RENT and their 2014 production of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. He also worked as Associate Musical Director for their 2014 production of Summer Rain and currently for their 2015 production of Witches of Eastwick.

Aaron is also President of “Exclaim”, an independent repertory company made up of Alumni of AIM’s Music Theatre Department. He musically directed their maiden production of ‘The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee', starred in their Australian Premier production of ‘Glory Days’ as ‘Will’ and will soon Musically Direct their October 2015 production of The Fantasticks. He wrote, starred and choreographed his own cabaret show ‘The Hardest Part of Love’ as part of the Sydney Fringe 2013. He has also worked as Composer/Lyricist for two new Australian Musicals.
